Driscoll’s joins the 2026 Australian Transplant Games as Support Partner

Transplant Australia welcomes Driscoll's to the 2026 Australian Transplant Games.

Transplant Australia is excited to welcome Driscoll’s, growers of the world’s finest berries, as a Support Partner for the 2026 Australian Transplant Games, taking place in Launceston, Tasmania from 26 September to 3 October.

This year’s Games mark a historic milestone, with Launceston becoming the first Tasmanian city to host the event in its 40-year history. Hundreds of transplant recipients, living donors, donor families and supporters will come together for a week-long celebration of sport, connection and the gift of life.

Driscoll’s partnership reflects a shared commitment to health and wellbeing; values that sit at the heart of everything the Games stand for. From the athletes participating to the volunteers and supporters cheering them on, the Games are a powerful reminder of what’s possible after transplant, and Driscoll’s support will help make this milestone event in Tasmania possible.

“Driscoll’s is proud to support the Australian Transplant Games and the extraordinary community it brings together. The Games celebrate resilience, generosity and the life-changing impact of organ and tissue donation.
We hope our partnership helps raise awareness, encourages participation and recognises the inspiring stories of recipients, donors, families and supporters across Australia, while also showcasing Launceston and Northern Tasmania as a vibrant region renowned for its community, hospitality and world-class berry growing.”

Jon Gleeson, General Manager, Driscoll’s

“The Australian Transplant Games are designed to connect the local community with the greatest gift of all and celebrate everything that is good about humanity. To achieve this, partnerships with the corporate sector and the engagement of volunteers are crucial.
Working with Driscoll’s gives us the opportunity to showcase Launceston and its local produce while amplifying our message through the business community. Thank you Driscoll’s for believing in us and what we are achieving through this inspiring event. “

Chris Thomas, CEO, Transplant Australia

We’re thrilled to have Driscoll’s on board and can’t wait to celebrate life, sport and community together this September. If you’re taking part in the DonateLife Community Fun Run on Sunday 27 September, keep an eye out for some tasty samples at the finish line.
