Adult Transplant Competitor

Competition will be in singles and/ or doubles. The tournament will be a round robin format.

Note – different categories may play against each other to provide a full day of competition, however results will be as per designated gender and age categories as above. 

Junior Transplant Competitor

Not eligible.

Supporter Competitor

Not eligible.

Age Groups

Singles: Warrior Competitors only – Male / Female  

  • 18-29yrs  
  • 30-39yrs 
  • 40-49yrs 
  • 50-59yrs 
  • 60-69yrs 
  • 70-79yrs 
  • 80+ yrs   

 

Doubles: Warrior Competitors Only – Any gender pairing combination  

  • 18–49yrs (Adult) 
  • 50+yrs (Masters) 

Rules

Tournament will be governed by the Laws of the Sport of Bowls Crystal Mark Third Edition. 

What to Bring

  • Participants are encouraged to bring their own bowls  
  • There are a range of bowls available for loan from the club upon arrival.
  • Please wear flat sole shoes at all times  
  • ATG State team uniform is encouraged but not mandatory  

Equipment Hire

There are a range of bowls available for loan from the club upon arrival.

Transport

Bus Drop off outside Bowls Club carpark.

Parking

Free car park on-site.

Food and Drinks

  • Clubhouse bar will be open for patronage  
  • Clubhouse kitchen will have a limited lunch menu available for purchase 
  • Water re-fill available  
  • Athletes should bring any additional food or drinks they specifically require. 

Spectators

  • Free entry  
  • Limited seating around indoor greens  
  • Wheelchair accessible  
  • Accessible toilets on-site 

 

First Aid / Physio

  • A First-Aid Kit will be on-site and able to be administered by Competition Manager.  
  • AED on-site  

 

Weather & Contingency

  • INDOOR Venue  
  • Competition will proceed regardless of weather. 
  • Emergency evacuation point = carpark
