Registration Check List

Before you begin, take a moment to review your eligibility. Select your category and age group to see sports you can participate in.

View Eligibility.

Browse the event schedule to see what’s happening across the Games. Keep in mind, if sports are scheduled at the same time, you’ll need to choose between them.

View Schedule.

For ExampleMonday, Lawn Bowls (singles) and Tennis are both on for the whole day, this means you can’t compete in both and would have to choose one.

Tip: Print the schedule and highlight your preferred sports and social activities – it’ll make registration much easier.

There’s more to the Games than just sport.

Throughout the week, we’ve got a range of special events and chances to connect with others – like cultural activities and parent meet-ups.

Take a look at our Special Events & Peer Connect sessions.

Decide which sports and activities you’d like to participate in so you’re ready to complete your registration.

How to refresh your membership?

Transplant Australia membership processes have recently undergone some changes, including the set up of a new membership database and changes to membership categories. Normal membership renewal was due to occur in June 2026 for the July 2026 to June 2028 period, however to ensure a smooth process, renewals for the 2026-2028 period have been opened from 26 March 2026 to enable membership renewal before registration into the 2026 Australian Transplant Games.

Please do not renew your membership via Memnet at this time. You will be required to refresh your membership details in Transplant Australia’s new system – Game Day.

Refresh your Transplant Australia Membership: here

1. Pick your level: Transplant Australia has two levels.

  • Lite Subscriber: which collects very minimal information and entitles access to Official Transplant Australia communications only. Subscribers are not formal members under the Transplant Australia constitution.
  • Full Membership which collects full membership information and entitles access to all Transplant Australia services and support.

2. Decide if you will participate in sport or physical activity programs run by Transplant Australia and State Committees.

  • Including the Australian Transplant Games, World Transplant Games, Camps/Retreats, and/or Transplant Australia Football Club etc. if so, you will need to pay the Activity Participation Levy of $60 for the 2-yr period (from date of membership through to 30 June 2028) to gain access to these services (Even if registering as a non-competitor).

3. Complete the respective online form.

  • Until the end of the form where you will receive a registration confirmation email for your records.
