You can participate in as many sports and activities as you are well enough to manage, pending your eligibility and scheduling.
Our schedule is divided into Morning, Afternoon and Evening Sessions – you may only participate in one sport per session. If that sport runs for the full day, that is the only sport you can participate in that day. For example – on Tuesday you may only participate in Table Games, Pétanque or Swimming; but on Friday, you may choose to participate in Golf and Darts but not Pickleball or Cycling as they overlap.
