As per Aus Cycling.
Helmets meeting UCI safety standards must be worn. Bicycles must be in a safe and rideable condition—any frame type is acceptable. There will be a mandatory safety inspection for all competitors. Timing chips are to be used for scoring.

For Games Registrants who have purchased the Games Transport service, transfers from selected pick up points will be provided to the venue at the start and end of the competition.
