As per Aus Cycling.
Some age group races will be combined in the interest of competition, but it is recommended that no race contain more than 25 athletes. Juniors are not permitted to compete in the 30 Km event. Competitors will have a maximum of 75 minutes to complete the race (men 70 and over and women will have 90 minutes).
Helmets meeting UCI safety standards must be worn. Bicycles must be in a safe and rideable condition—any frame type is acceptable. There will be a mandatory safety inspection for all competitors. Aerobars and time trial helmets are not permitted in the road races. Timing chips are to be used for scoring.

For Games Registrants who have purchased the Games Transport service, transfers from selected pick up points will be provided to the venue at the start and end of the competition.
